Lesson: Design and technology
Class: Year 5 Year: 2025 - 2026
In DT, we learned how to prepare vegetable spring rolls by carefully planning our ingredients and practising safe food-handling skills. We chopped and grated vegetables, worked as a team, and followed step-by-step instructions to assemble and roll them neatly. The lesson helped us understand the importance of preparation and presentation, and we really enjoyed tasting the spring rolls we had made ourselves.
