Welcome to the Year 5 page! This term, we have some amazing things to look forward to in our learning! In PE, we’ll be getting active with rounders and tag rugby, learning the skills, strategies, and teamwork needed to enjoy and succeed in these exciting sports. In Maths, we’ll explore area and perimeter, working out how to calculate the space and boundaries of different shapes using formulas and problem-solving skills. In English, we’ll dive into the thrilling story of King Kong, using the text to inspire our reading, writing, and creative thinking. It’s going to be a term full of energy, learning, and imagination!
